cell relay

Cell relay is a packet-switching technology that operates at the Physical and Data Link layers of the OSI model. It uses a small, fixed-length cell. These small cells can carry any type of information, such as data, voice, and video at tremendously high speeds. Each cell is composed of 53 bytes, of which 5 bytes are overhead.
