.AOT and .AXT are the file name extensions for Application Object Templates and Application Text files, respectively. These two files are created when using the snAppShot utility. The .AOT file contains information used by NDS to configure application and desktop settings. The .AXT file is a readme-type document that outlines the changes made with the .AOT file. See snAppShot.
